Oh yes. I am done with my Philosophy class' 12-hour requirement to work for a certain institution. I chose Blessings because I know where UP Shopping Center is. Besides, I want to try photocopying books and ring binding photocopied materials.
I actually worked for more than 13 hours, if you will count overtime. For 9 hours, I worked at different Photocopy shops such as Blessings, More Blessings and Jovits. I really had fun working with the Jovits people. I had a hard time working at More Blessings since the shop is too small and too hot (Oh yes, no aircon unit) and at Blessings since I have always been assigned to work on laminating IDs, which by the way, is not that easy. Me and other Ateneans had to laminate more than 300 IDs (this is an estimate) for Kythe, an organization in the Ateneo. I have been also assigned at Isko, a computer shop, for 4 hours. The work load is generally easy so no worries there.
I think I have to buy our required textbook for Stat. I should read the textbook and prepare for our next long test. As in really prepare. Haha. So, I'll go to Greenhills today to find one. My dad called and told me that there is no more stock left. Oh no. I only have two classes for today so I have nothing to do now. Well, not really since I still have to do a 1-page paper for Philo and study for my first Histo long test tomorrow. I'm still waiting for our driver to fetch me so he can take me to Greenhills. I have to check out the book by myself. If there is no copy left, I may resort to photocopying the whole book or just rely to the 1978 version I borrowed from the library. Tsk.
By the way, I went to Katipunan NBS yesterday and the staff told me that the hardbound copies of Breaking Dawn will not be available until further notice. She said that the store only received few copies but she will be notifying all the people who placed their reservations when the copy will be available. So there. Gtg!
